My Buddha Belly

I am really starting to love my belly....
I think it is cute.
And feminine.
And it's mine!

I don't know why women hate their tummies so much.

I saw a women the other day in Union Square....with a belly like mine. She was wearing a tight shirt. Her muffin tops poked out a bit between her shirt and her jeans. She was beautiful. And she didn't seem to care about her belly.

This is a photo shoot idea i want to explore more....the things that women love and hate about their bodies and why.

Of course, I barely have the time to breathe right now so taking on another project is probably a bad idea.....but we'll see!

Me and the Creep

I love my vintage Trek.
When I go for rides on the island there is a particular place I like to stop and take a break. It's a grassy spot in between a seafood restaurant and a bus stop, near Snug. I like this spot mostly because of the daffodils. And because it's under two shady trees.
What i don't like about this spot is that I am always bothered by some creep trying to "holla" at me! I done told you before and I'll tell you again...I ain't no Holla Back Girl!
Sometimes I just want to relax in the shade with my sweet ass bike and a canteen full of water and not be bothered!

So the last time this happened, here's how it went down.....

(Me-just chillin' in the grass with my Trek.)

( I see some creepy dudes crossing the street...." I hope these weirdos are NOT coming over here to talk to me!" )

Creep: "HEY! (One of the guys runs over to me!) Hey, are you....okay? "

Me: "Yeah, I'm fine."

Creep: "I thought maybe you were injured or something....So you're okay? I could help you if you need help...."

Me: No, I'm fine. Just trying to relax. "

(Creepy guy lingers.....)

Me: "What?"

Creep: "I uh....uh....just.....(turns to walk away) you're very pretty!"

Me: "Urgh.....thanks."

("Keep walking, Creep...")
